The commissioner is not allowed to claim the commission as work they have made.

The artwork may not be used for AI training or as an NFT.

I have the right to decline a commission for any reason

Commission pieces may be shared with watermark, unless stated

no refund after approved lineart, unless i am unable to continue the commission due to emergencies

5. major edits past approved color phase will have an extra +30-50% fee depending on degree (correcting small colors/minor deets free)

Delivery

1. 1-3 weeks at most, depending on complexity & queue.

2. hard deadlines can be discussed ahead of time if needed.

3. full refund will be issued if the artist has not finished the commission within the hard deadline.

4. Completely finished commissions will not be provided a refund.
