Terms of Service

I. General

1.) Usage & Ownership. No AI use, AI training, and NFT use for provided artworks are prohibited. Commercial use requires an additional fee of 100% of the base price.2.) Promotional Rights. The Artist may use the artwork with a watermark for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested not to by the client.3.) Refund Policy. No refunds will be provided after the approval of the final sketch. Refunds may be made anytime during the rough or final sketch phase. Clients are encouraged to confirm that the concept meets their expectations before approving.4.) Final Product. Upon the confirmation of the client's payment, the Artist shall provide the Client a google drive folder containing the high-resolution digital image of the commissioned piece in .png format.

II. Service

1.) Turnaround Time. Completion time is estimated at 1–3 weeks, depending on complexity and queue. Rough sketches are provided on the same or the next day when the commission was started. If queue is currently full, waitlisted requests will take 1-2 months to start.2.) Deadlines. Hard deadlines may be discussed and agreed upon after the approval of the final colored sketch. Otherwise the max of two (2) weeks since the commission start will be assumed the hard deadline.3.) Refund Policy. A full refund will be issued if the Artist fails to complete the commission by the agreed upon hard deadline.4.) Revisions. Major revisions (Changing pose, changing body parts, changing backgrounds) after past lineart phase will incur a 30–50% additional fee and will move hard deadline depending on the complexity. Minor edits (changing color, resizing body parts/elements, small details) are free.5.) Updates. The client will be consulted/updated on the progress on the completion of the rough sketch, final sketch , line-art, base color, and before the final render.

Method of Payment

Paypal
A 50% upfront payment is required to begin the commission which may be refunded before the approval of the lineart, and the remaining 50% is to be paid once the artwork is completed.
